Meet our Business Development Team

  • Jake Bradley

    Head of Client Relationships

    Hi, I’m Jake Bradley and I have worked for The Recruitment Co. since April 2014. As Head of Client Relationships for our Specialist Business Unit I am responsible for providing a strategic sales plan in order to generate new client wins as well as ensuring that the delivery and fulfilment of our client’s requirements are met every time!

    My team operates across four vertical markets; volume Contact Centre operations, Warehouse and Logistics, Head Office functions & Technical/Professional Staffing. We pride ourselves on working with some of the largest high-street brands and blue-chip organisations across the UK, whereby our focus is to work in partnership with our clients in providing a service that is second to none.

    As well as working in a fast-paced industry, I also enjoy playing fast-paced sports having played tennis at a professional level during my teens!

  • Alex Greenhalgh

    Business Development Manager

    Hi, I’m Alex, I’ve been part of The Recruitment Co. family for over one year. I’m part of the Business Development Team for our Specialist Business Unit. From here I provide bespoke recruitment solutions for the Contact Centre & Warehouse sectors.

    I look to understand my client’s needs and pain points to offer a service to ensure the recruitment process is a successful and painless journey. 

    In my spare time, I like to take any opportunity I have to explore different parts of the world and try the local cuisine.

  • Ollie Learmouth

    Business Development Executive

    Hi, I’m Ollie, one of the Business Development Executives here at The Recruitment Co. I’ve been working in sales for 5+ years which has helped me gain excellent customer relationship skills. I am a Level 3 qualified recruitment consultant who specialises in the business development world of recruitment.

    I focus on speaking to businesses who are looking for high-volume temp or perm support across Contact Centres and Warehousing/Production. I love to be out on the road visiting clients and letting them get to know my bubbly personality which helps create a strong working relationship. I pride my work on giving 100% to every task to make sure our clients get the best service possible.

    I’m also a Dad to an incredible little boy who gives me the drive and determination to provide him with the best life possible. My family is everything but my Recruitment Co. family is also extremely important.

  • Claire Gourley

    Northern Ireland Operations Manager

    Hi, I’m Claire, I am the Operations Manager for The Recruitment Co. in Northern Ireland.  I have worked for The Rec co for 17 years with 28 years in the people sector. I am a CIPD Associate member and I hold a certificate in recruitment practice. I like to be hands-on and really enjoy working directly with our clients to deliver volume and niche staffing solutions across a broad range of public and private sectors as well as innovative tech and process solutions. Some of our clients I have known for over 15 years in NI! I like to get out and about and visit client sites as I learn so much, it’s genuinely fascinating – open for a cup of tea and a yarn any day!  In my free time, you may see me heading to the North coast or loughs and mountains.

    I have been working for The Recruitment Co. for just under 3 years. My biggest achievement to date would be getting my promotion, after showing my capabilities within my role. Working in a fast-paced environment to guarantee I am meeting my client’s needs.

    I’m Team Leader in our Lisburn branch and have been working for The Recruitment Co. for over 8 years, with 10 years total experience in recruitment. I have worked in every aspect of the business from payroll to industrial and commercial recruitment. We offer a professional and proactive approach to recruitment. We support both, the client and candidate throughout the recruitment process and are always on hand to answer any questions.

    Hi, my name is Helen Whiteside I am currently the Branch Manager for The Recruitment Co. Belfast, I have a certificate in Recruitment Practice and am also a Fellow Member of Recruitment Employment Confederation. I have over 25 years of recruitment agency experience for temporary & permanent sectors along with extensive knowledge of all Current Employment Legislation in Northern Ireland.
    I have worked with large public and private sector organisations such as NICS and NIE Networks to name but a few. I am skilled in team building, strategic planning, and company collaboration.
