    Hi I’m Kirsty Cooze, a dedicated Client Services Manager with a focus on the NHS and public sector. I am passionate about compliance and securing long term roles within the NHS on both a temporary and permanent basis. My commitment is to establish the ideal match between clients and candidates from the very beginning, prioritising both a skills and cultural fit.

    My expertise extends to guaranteeing full compliance in alignment with Crown Commercial Services, safeguarding Health Boards from any potential breaches while promoting best practices.I am actively involved in expanding our Public Sector Client base and cultivating job opportunities in various governmental services. This includes areas such as the military, law enforcement, infrastructure, public transit, public education, healthcare, and government roles.

    Hi, I’m Rhyan Parry, I work as the branch resourcer in Newport. I work very closely with Tom Haddock, who is our Principal Recruitment Consultant. I support Tom with sourcing and registering candidates to fill the numerous temp and perm roles. I thrive on building relationships with our candidates and ensuring that their journey with The Recruitment Co. is as smooth and transparent as possible and I process all the pay for our Industrial temp candidates. I love speaking to our fabulous Clients and am always on the end of the phone to assist as best as I can.
