Professional, dedicated and diligent recruitment manager with over 21 years experience in maintaining and developing business relationships
My team specialise in recruitment/account management throughout the UK. We provide business with permanent recruitment solutions along with short term contractors for fixed term assignments, temporary workers to cover sickness, holidays and maternity cover or just a spare pair of hands to get you through that busy time of the year.
I have consultants who specialise in Sales & Marketing, HR, Legal, Office Support, Accountancy and Finance, Engineering, Aerospace and senior appointment.

Hi, I’m Jake Bradley and I have worked for The Recruitment Co. since April 2014. As Head of Client Relationships for our Specialist Business Unit I am responsible for providing a strategic sales plan in order to generate new client wins as well as ensuring that the delivery and fulfilment of our client’s requirements are met every time!
My team operates across four vertical markets; volume Contact Centre operations, Warehouse and Logistics, Head Office functions & Technical/Professional Staffing. We pride ourselves on working with some of the largest high-street brands and blue-chip organisations across the UK, whereby our focus is to work in partnership with our clients in providing a service that is second to none.
As well as working in a fast-paced industry, I also enjoy playing fast-paced sports having played tennis at a professional level during my teens!
