Principal Client Service Manager
Hello. I’m Melissa Harris, Principle Client Service Manager based in the Swansea office. I have 18 years of Recruitment experience covering a variety of sectors. My main experience has been supporting the Manufacturing Industry covering all positions from the shop floor through to Plant Managers and EVERYTHING in between.
I cover both Temporary and Permanent Recruitment across South West Wales and pride myself on building relationships with my clients, understanding their business and ensuring the recruitment package I offer is specific to them and adds value.
My spare time is all about family time, we love the outdoors!

Hi, I am Loredana Catarama and I am the resourcer of the Swansea hub and have been working in the recruitment industry for the last 2 years. My expertise runs across the industrial and commercial markets, placing candidates into their ideal job roles. I am also an ISO9001:2015 qualified internal auditor – this helps me to achieve perfection in my compliance process – to date, I have achieved 100% internal audit scores, and I am also working towards achieving my Recruitment Certificate. I would like to progress my career organically with The Recruitment Co. with my next goal being Senior Recruitment Resourcer. Prior to Recruitment, I have gained qualifications as Biochemist and an MD in Toxicology.
In my free time, I love to learn, study, read and run. Exercise gives me the zest for life.

Senior Branch Manager
I’m Laura Fielding and I am the Senior Manager of the Swansea hub and I have been working within the recruitment sector from a consultant upwards for the past 10 years. My expertise runs across several sectors including Hospitality, Industrial and Commercial markets. I have a wealth of experience supplying temps & perms to warehousing & manufacturing clients across South West Wales and I also work with clients in the hospitality sector for both temp and perm recruitment. I am qualified in recruitment holding a Certificate in recruitment practice qualification.
