    Hi, I’m Kelly McCleary. I am an Area Manager for The Recruitment Co and have been recruiting in the Daventry branch for the past 19 years.

    I am extremely proud to be a part of such a great team, who supply so many local businesses and who have helped numerous people find work.
    We specialise in all sectors of recruitment: Commercial, Industrial, Engineering, Finance, Senior Level Appointments, IT and Catering. Offering permanent, temporary and contract staffing solutions.  We recruit across Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and the Midlands counties.

    Hi, I’m Katie. I am a Recruitment Resourcer for the Daventry branch. I am a Psychology Graduate who has been working in people-facing and support roles since I completed my degree in 2021. My role as a resourcer varies daily, no two days are the same. I support the consultants with a focus on the candidates. I attract and source candidates, act as a support network to candidates throughout the hiring process, advertise jobs, and ensure databases and compliance are maintained.
