Branch Lead Consultant
Hi, I’m Gemma. I started working for The Recruitment Co. 8 years ago as a Temp Consultant and since then I’ve achieved various promotions and now work as a Principal Consultant. As a generalist agency, I can support clients across industrial and commercial sectors, both temp and perm. My goal is to work in partnership with my clients to fully understand the needs of their business, and what they look for in a candidate, because of this I have gained many long-standing relationships, supporting clients even when they move on to new roles.

Hi, I’m Courtney, I am the Administrator for the Durham and Middlesbrough branch. I assist with payroll for Middlesbrough this includes processing weekly payments and processing timesheets. I also assist with compliance primarily with the NHS to ensure everyone is ready to start work as quickly as possible whilst still adhering to all compliance regulations.
