Hi, I’m Rhyan Parry, I work as the branch resourcer in Newport. I work very closely with Tom Haddock, who is our Principal Recruitment Consultant. Hi, I’m Claire, I am the Operations Manager for The Recruitment Co. in Northern Ireland.  I have worked for The Recruitment Co. for 17 years, with 28 years in the people sector. I am a CIPD Associate member and I hold a certificate in recruitment practice. I like to be hands-on and really enjoy working directly with our clients to deliver volume and niche staffing solutions across a broad range of public and private sectors as well as innovative tech and process solutions. Some of our clients I have known for over 15 years in NI!
