As Head of Client Relationships for our Specialist Business Unit I am responsible for providing a strategic sales plan in order to generate new client wins as well as ensuring that the delivery and fulfilment of our client’s requirements are met every time!

My team operates across four vertical markets; volume Contact Centre operations, Warehouse and Logistics, Head Office functions & Technical/Professional Staffing. We pride ourselves on working with some of the largest high-street brands and blue-chip organisations across the UK, whereby our focus is to work in partnership with our clients in providing a service that is second to none.

As well as working in a fast-paced industry, I also enjoy playing fast-paced sports having played tennis at a professional level during my teens!

I am a CIPD Associate member and I hold a certificate in recruitment practice. I like to be hands-on and really enjoy working directly with our clients to deliver volume and niche staffing solutions across a broad range of public and private sectors as well as innovative tech and process solutions. Some of our clients I have known for over 15 years in NI!
