    Northern Ireland Operations Manager

    Hi, I’m Claire, I am the Operations Manager for The Recruitment Co. in Northern Ireland.  I have worked for The Recruitment Co. for 17 years, with 28 years in the people sector. I am a CIPD Associate member and I hold a certificate in recruitment practice. I like to be hands-on and really enjoy working directly with our clients to deliver volume and niche staffing solutions across a broad range of public and private sectors as well as innovative tech and process solutions. Some of our clients I have known for over 15 years in NI! I like to get out and about and visit client sites as I learn so much, it’s genuinely fascinating – open for a cup of tea and a yarn any day!  In my free time, you may see me heading to the North coast or loughs and mountains.

    I’m a Team Leader in our Lisburn branch and have been working for The Recruitment Co. for over 8 years, with 10 years total experience in recruitment. We support both, the client and candidate throughout the recruitment process and are always on hand to answer any questions.
