    Business Development Manager

    I’m Tom, Business Development Manager.

    I specialise in industrial recruitment, building temp and perm, high volume warehouse and production workforce solutions that generate growth and productivity. I take pride in fully understanding the requirements of every organisation, building professional partnerships and delivering exceptional success.

    When I’m not helping my clients with bespoke recruitment needs, I provide a taxi service for my two young daughters to and from gymnastics and ballet classes!

    Head of Client Relationships

    Hi, I’m Jake Bradley and I have worked for The Recruitment Co. since April 2014. As Head of Client Relationships for our Specialist Business Unit I am responsible for providing a strategic sales plan in order to generate new client wins as well as ensuring that the delivery and fulfilment of our client’s requirements are met every time!

    My team operates across four vertical markets; volume Contact Centre operations, Warehouse and Logistics, Head Office functions & Technical/Professional Staffing. We pride ourselves on working with some of the largest high-street brands and blue-chip organisations across the UK, whereby our focus is to work in partnership with our clients in providing a service that is second to none.

    As well as working in a fast-paced industry, I also enjoy playing fast-paced sports having played tennis at a professional level during my teens!

    Business Development Manager

    Hi I’m Paul, Business Development Manager here at The Recruitment Co. I specialise in optimising customer service recruitment strategies for businesses nationwide.

    As an expert in customer service, sales advisory, and contact centre environments you can trust me to advise on efficient workforce planning and talent attraction. Whether you need temp or perm staff, high volume or a specialist contact centre role, I’m here to support your needs.

    Outside of work, I’m a keen sportsman, mainly football. You’ll also find me playing a bit of the guitar as I’m very into my music.

With a portfolio of accounts stretching over the UK and Ireland, we support ongoing productivity, employee retention and the consistent management of effective engagement campaigns.

    Hi, I’m Jack. I am an accomplished Client Relationship Lead, with over 9 years of managing successful customer service teams. I work as part of The Recruitment Co’s specialist delivery team, delivering professionals in a high volume and specialist capacity. I specialise in placing skilled job seekers in customer service, sales and collections; in call centre roles across the country, leveraging my extensive experience to match them with employers that will enable them to excel.

    My approach is founded on a commitment to exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the customer service / CX landscape. As the Client Relationship Lead, I play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and account success.

    Hi, I’m Niamh. I the Fulfilment Centre Delivery Lead at The Recruitment Co. I started my recruitment career in September 2021 and have completed my level 3 Recruitment Consultant NVQ. I specialise in contact centre recruitment from sales to HR and anything in between. I have had great success with candidates and clients. I lead our client delivery, ensuring that projects are executed seamlessly and exceed expectations.
