  • Jake Bradley

    Jake Bradley

    Head of Client Relationships

    Hi, I’m Jake Bradley and I have worked for The Recruitment Co. since April 2014. As Head of Client Relationships for our Specialist Business Unit I am responsible for providing a strategic sales plan in order to generate new client wins as well as ensuring that the delivery and fulfilment of our client’s requirements are met every time!

    My team operates across four vertical markets; volume Contact Centre operations, Warehouse and Logistics, Head Office functions & Technical/Professional Staffing. We pride ourselves on working with some of the largest high-street brands and blue-chip organisations across the UK, whereby our focus is to work in partnership with our clients in providing a service that is second to none.

    As well as working in a fast-paced industry, I also enjoy playing fast-paced sports having played tennis at a professional level during my teens!

    Business Development Executive

    Hi, I’m Ollie, one of the Business Development Executives here at The Recruitment Co. I’ve been working in sales for 5+ years which has helped me gain excellent customer relationship skills. I am a Level 3 qualified recruitment consultant who specialises in the business development world of recruitment.

    I focus on speaking to businesses who are looking for high-volume temp or perm support across Contact Centres and Warehousing/Production. I love to be out on the road visiting clients and letting them get to know my bubbly personality which helps create a strong working relationship. I pride my work on giving 100% to every task to make sure our clients get the best service possible.

    I’m also a Dad to an incredible little boy who gives me the drive and determination to provide him with the best life possible. My family is everything but my Recruitment Co. family is also extremely important.

    Business Development Manager

    Hi, I’m Alex, I’ve been part of The Recruitment Co. family for over one year. I’m part of the Business Development Team for our Specialist Business Unit. From here I provide bespoke recruitment solutions for the Contact Centre & Warehouse sectors.

    I look to understand my client’s needs and pain points to offer a service to ensure the recruitment process is a successful and painless journey. 

    In my spare time, I like to take any opportunity I have to explore different parts of the world and try the local cuisine.

    Hello, I’m Tom, I’m part of the Business Development Team at The Recruitment Co. I have been creating professional relationships for the majority of my working life, enabling me to fully understand the requirements of each individual organisation, with an eye for attention to detail. I have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction every time!

     My area of expertise is Industrial Sector recruitment, covering temporary and permanent volume warehouse and production solutions to generate growth and productivity.

    When I’m not helping my clients with bespoke recruitment needs, I provide a personal taxi service for my two young Daughters, to and from gymnastics and ballet classes!

    Hi, I’m Kaine, I am part of the business development team within our National Resource Team. I provide bespoke recruitment solutions to our warehouse and industrial sector customers.

    I have worked as a business development manager for the last 10 years and look to provide a high level of service to all of my customers. I will look to understand how your organisation works and understand your pain points, with an aim to provide a seamless and pain free solution to help grow and develop your business.

    In my spare time I am a massive sports fan, I also love to travel and love to try traditional local foods from the cities I visit. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

    Hi, I’m Niamh Murdie and I’m a candidate consultant in the North West branch of The Recruitment Co.
    I started my recruitment career with The Recruitment Co. in October 2021 and am currently working towards a level 3 recruitment qualification alongside my role. I specialise in Contact Centre / Office roles and have had great success with candidates and clients so far!

    I am a Professional Recruiter with over two decades of experience. Over these two decades, I have built a reputation and track record of meeting objectives and understanding my clients needs, while engaging with and recruiting the best talent on the market, through the effective use of social media and open and honest communication.

    Currently I am a Professional Recruiter with The Recruitment Co. In this role, I liaise with both candidates, to understand what they need from their next career move and clients to both understand their business and develop robust recruitment strategies.

    Key successes across my career include:

    – Implement new candidate targeting strategies across various social media platforms, in order to attract relevant and live candidates, matching them to my client’s needs

    – Recruit across many different disciplines, up to board level with both National and European brands

    – Consistently recruit with a high candidate retention rate, due to clear, frequent and honest communication with both client and candidate

    When I’m not working in Recruitment, I enjoy travel across Southern Europe. Now that countries are opening up again, I plan on enjoying this interest as much as possible.
