As Head of Client Relationships for our Specialist Business Unit I am responsible for providing a strategic sales plan in order to generate new client wins as well as ensuring that the delivery and fulfilment of our client’s requirements are met every time!

My team operates across four vertical markets; volume Contact Centre operations, Warehouse and Logistics, Head Office functions & Technical/Professional Staffing. We pride ourselves on working with some of the largest high-street brands and blue-chip organisations across the UK, whereby our focus is to work in partnership with our clients in providing a service that is second to none.

As well as working in a fast-paced industry, I also enjoy playing fast-paced sports having played tennis at a professional level during my teens!
