Resourcer
Hi, I’m Katie. I am a Recruitment Resourcer for the Daventry branch. I am a Psychology Graduate who has been working in people-facing and support roles since I completed my degree in 2021. My role as a resourcer varies daily, no two days are the same. I support the consultants with a focus on the candidates. I attract and source candidates, act as a support network to candidates throughout the hiring process, advertise jobs, and ensure databases and compliance are maintained.I pride myself on being a friendly and approachable face within the branch and on the phone.
